London Business School

London Business School has history of over 25 years. Its 'humble beginnings dates back to 1994 where a business plan between its founder and self-made entrepreneur Mahinda Kanangara and a British educationist developed into a reality and a successful and a much desired professional education institute thereby filling the vacuum for such an establishment during that period of time.

In 1996 the enterprise was incorporated as a private limited company and the reigns of the organisation was handed over to the founder's son Priyantha Kannangara who to date remains as the current Chairman/ Managing Director and during whose stewardship the company boasted producing over 500 graduate diploma holders during a single academic year and the establishment of the valued affiliation with Wigan and Leigh College of UK which has a history of over 150 years in education in the United Kingdom and other accreditations such as Association of Business Executives (abe) UK.

Today LBS is a market leader in professional education in Sri Lanka, which has produced many high achieving students covering over 100 unique courses during the past 17 years by holding many international affiliations.
