Sri Lanka Print Media Academy is a full-fledged Training Institute for the Printing and Packaging Industry established by Sri Lanka Association of Printers and is committed to provide Training and Education to the Industry in all aspects covering Pre-Press, Press, Post-Press, and New Medium of Print Technology.

The Sri Lanka Association of Printers has a long history of 57 years, having been established in 1956. It initiated the establishment of the Sri Lanka Institute of Printers in 1986, and assisted in establishing the INGRIN Institute of Printing and Graphic Arts in 1995. In 2012, the Association established its own Academy fulfilling the Industry requirement of a full fledged Training and Education institute. Its priority is to develop the industry infrastructure and elevate the industry onto a platform of comparative advantage for global competitiveness through high standard education and training in appropriate print technologies.
