Career Prospects: Upon successful completion of this course of study, you will be qualified as a teacher in an early childhood setting in Sri Lanka and Overseas. Graduates of Diploma in Early Childhood Development and Education and Diploma in Childcare Management can gain direct entry to the second year of the degree program in Waiariki Institute of Technology, New Zealand to complete their Degree program.
