Overview

The EdHat International Higher Diploma (IHD) Level 5 in Law enables the learners to provide rationale of legal thinking in practical terms. The programme is designed to provide opportunities for learners to apply their knowledge and practical skills in legal practicing or workplace with academic prospects. The programmes are expected to provide progression into or within employment in the field of Law either directly on achieving the EdHat International Higher Diploma (IHD) Level 5 in Law award or following further study to degree level. Completion of the qualification may well be into or within employment in all sectors which require legal background where students may continue academic exams, such as LL.B which may ultimately lead towards the professional qualifications of Barrister at Law or Attorney at Law.
