By using the site and the services available on it you are considered to accept these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions which expressly apply to services and information provided by third parties.

The information and services available on the site are provided for the sole purpose of individuals looking for course information and for providers seeking to course finders. You may use, print and download information from the site for these purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose. You may not otherwise copy, display, transfer or issue any material from the site.
All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the site and the material available on the site belong to studyinsrilanka.org or its third party suppliers. Use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials.
Information access
We use the information we gather on this Web site, whether personal, demographic, collective or technical, for the purpose of operating and improving the Web site, nurturing a positive user experience, and delivering the products and services that we offer.
We may use your contact information in order to send you e-mail or other communications regarding updates at the site, such as new opportunities and additional listings which may be of interest to you. The nature and occurrence of these messages will vary depending upon the information we have about you.
Advertisements
Profile information and course advertisements contained on the site are provided by course finders and by prospective providers and are not reviewed by us. We accept no responsibility or liability for the contents of Profiles or advertisements and expect course finders and prospective providers to carry out such verification trials as are customary and cautious in the circumstances.
Study in Sri Lanka (Pvt) Ltd services
Services and information provided on the site by us and our third party suppliers are intended to assist in the course finding. We cannot guarantee their appropriateness or visions of success in any particular case. You should obtain independent verification before relying on information provided on the site in circumstances which may result in loss or damage.
Service accessibility
We try to ensure continuous accessibility of the site and all the services available on it but accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions or delays, however caused. We may, additionally, alter the design and specification of the site at any time.
Terms and conditions of Business for suppliers
Inauguration of Services
We will not inaugurate the provision of Services pursuant to any Order Form until the Order Form has been returned to us, in a form approved by us and confirmed by the Client by way of signature, e-mail confirmation or provision of purchase order number and, in the case of Clients who purchase Services on terms that require pre-payment, Services will not initiate until payment is received and cleared.
Costs
Costs are as specified in the StudyinSriLanka.org rate cards and are guaranteed for the period stated on the order form. Any discounts agreed are confidential and may not be revealed by the customer.
A courses posted on StudyinSriLanka.org will remain live for 14 days or such shorter time as we agree with the Client. Any extension of this time will be charged to the Client as a new posting. A single course is identified by its unique ID number. If a customer deletes a course and then either reposts it or posts another, this will be classed as two courses.
If any Services to be used within any time period specified on the Order Form are not used within that period of time they may not be carried over into any following period without our prior written agreement. The Client will be responsible for payment for any idle Services.
Course marketing
Course adverts go live after payment confirmation on StudyinSriLanka.org.
You will be notified by email when your course adverts have gone live on StudyinSriLanka.org
Site guidelines
We have guidelines regarding the content and format of course posted on StudyinSriLanka.org. Their purpose is to ensure that users who search the site or the StudyinSriLanka.org database get results which are presented as clearly and informatively as possible. You agree that we may, at our discretion and without liability to you, remove from StudyinSriLanka.org any advertisement which is posted in breach of these rules. The rules may change from time to time and you are advised to refer to them regularly.
The Rules are:
1. No reproducing of courses at the expense of other clients’ courses.
2. No complimentary use of keywords in course descriptions or course titles. Complimentary means deliberately inserting words, strings of words, or repeating course titles, with the intention of influencing position in the results listing, or increasing the number of page views.
3. Course advertisements placed on StudyinSriLanka.org must be for genuine courses and education related else actual business related.
Prohibited Advertisements
Advertisements which appear to discriminate on grounds of sex, race or disability are illegal and may result in proceedings being taken against both the advertiser and the publisher. Advertisements are accepted by StudyinSriLanka.org on the basis that the advertiser confirms that any requirement or qualification which may appear to discriminate illegally is in compliance with any exemption available under the relevant legislation. Notwithstanding this confirmation, if we nonetheless believe that an advertisement may be discriminatory we may at our discretion either amend the advertisement or remove it from StudyinSriLanka.org without liability to you to make any refund of amounts paid or due to be paid in respect of the posting or otherwise and will inform you accordingly.
Changes to Privacy Statement
If we decide to change our Terms and Conditions for this site, we will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and to whom we will disclose it. If at any time, you have questions or concerns about this Statement, please feel free to email us through the Contact pages provided on the site.
