Degree Final Year

BSc (Hons) HRM and Leadership programme is an internal Degree from Northumbria University, UK which is delivered over one year with advanced entry into Final Year which builds upon your prior study for aspiring Leaders and Human Resource Managers. You can study and complete the Degree in Sri Lanka with induction session by UK university academics.
