Childcare Management Diploma

Course Details :   

This course will provide the starting point to setting up your own business in Children’s services. It provides you with insight into understanding, caring for and supporting the development of young children along with a management component that will direct you to starting a successful business.

The Diploma in Childcare Management has been developed based on the National Quality Framework which includes the My Time, Our Place Framework for Care in Australia.

It is recognised as a part of ( in conjunction with the Mother’s Touch Diploma in Early Childhood Development and Education) Certificate lll in Children’s Services in Queensland, Australia and part of the pathway to get one year exemption of the Bachelors of Teaching early Childhood Education in Waiariki Institute of Technology in New Zealand. This qualification is recognised for work in Maldives. Graduates have found employment in all parts of the world as well.

Career Prospects: You can look forward to being an entrepreneur or a rewarding career as a caregiver, in a Centre based day care, nanny service, children’s hospital, NGO or a community centre. This is the pathway for higher education in Children’s services. Graduates of Diploma in Early Childhood Development and Education and Diploma in Childcare Management can gain direct entry to the second year of the degree program in Waiariki Institute of Technology, New Zealand to complete their Degree program.
