HND in Construction Management

Course Details :   

Construction Management is a vital component in the construction industry – and involves the overall planning, coordination and control of a project from start to finish.This program focuses on the key knowledge and skills required by a technician employed in a construction management role and covers various components of management skills required in the construction industry.

This is the first diploma of its kind to be accredited by the Chartered Institute of Builders, UK (CIOB) in Sri Lanka. Registered students will have the opportunity to obtain student membership of CIOB, and can apply for full membership upon completion of this diploma. This course entails 18 months of taught subjects and 6 months of an individual student project and industrial training placement.
