This Course Programme aims at providing the student with a better understanding of Digital Process Control and Automation techniques using Programmable Logic Controllers / Distributed Control Systems for applications, Control of Batch processes, Speed Control and other specific applications pertaining to Industrial Automation which vary from industry to industry. Ample demonstration and workshops are conducted as part of this programme enabling the participants of this course to handle jobs independently. Diploma is awarded jointly with NIKINI Automation, the leading Automation Engineering solutions provider in Sri Lanka.

Entry Requirements:

A/L Maths stream with Minimum 1 year Industrial Experience / Engineering Diploma Graduation in relevant discipline / NVQ Level 4 in relevant discipline with 6 months of industrial experience/ Technicians in Automation Industry with minimum of 2 years’ experience plus a recognized national certificate /students in their final year of Diploma /Graduation are eligible to apply.
