Training – Functional

Course Details :   

This is a very short theoretical training given to a person based on his/her existing educational background, targeting the main function he or she is expected to perform. The efficiency of these personnel depends on the Technical Training, in other words, “practical” that he or she has acquired in the classrooms and/or outside. An IT personnel with both Functional as well as Technical Training will be adaptable, comparatively faster, in any matching environment, whereas Lack of Technical Training will slow down the performance and adaptability of that individual who will not guide others but be guided by others.
