Travel & Tourism Diploma

This one year, part-time diploma programme provides the skills and knowledge for students to be competent in a broad range of managerial skills in tourism operations, travel and tourism marketing and product planning and development preparing them to meet the challenges of the ever changing tourism industry. The qualification allows for multi-skilling related to tourism and the travel industry.

Job roles

Individuals with this qualification are able to work in any sector of the tourism industry as a junior manager, manager or owner–operator of any style of small tourism business. Some managers at this level will specialise in certain fields; in the tourism industry personnel tend to specialise in operational functions or tourism marketing and product development roles.
